By incorporating both lighthearted and entertaining content into our strategy, ElonThrows' visibility was successfully amplified and created a vibrant online community. The significant reach and high engagement rates, particularly among non-followers, demonstrate our ability to effectively promote the throwers and increase their visibility within the track and field community. This initiative not only celebrates the achievement of Women Throwers on Elon University's team, but contributes to a broader appreciation and understanding of the sport.

Goals
With my primary objective being to increase the visibility of throwers, I focused on several key management goals:
Brand Building
I developed and curated engaging content that resonated with our target audience, fostering interaction and building a strong, positive brand identity for the throwers.
Expand Follower Base
The content was strategically designed to attract and engage a broader audience, aiming to increase our reach and grow our follower base beyond existing supporters.
Instagram Reels
One of my key strategies in boosting our presence on Instagram was the introduction of Instagram Reels. Recognizing the growing popularity and engagement potential of short-form video content, leveraging Reels to create dynamic and shareable content that resonated with our audience proved to be quite successful.

Halloween Special

This fun Halloween themed video set the foundation for engaging content with a good reach and high-percentage of non-followers.
